Everythinganimee Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must first contact us at support@everythinganimee.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the address for your return shipment. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
📌 Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@everythinganimee.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. If you fail to report an issue within this timeframe, we may be unable to process a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items, limited-time offers, and gift cards (All final sale).
- Custom or personalized items (Including made-to-order items).
- Personal care products (Beauty, skincare, hygiene products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Items that show signs of use, washing, or alterations (Even if worn once).
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before shipping it back.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately. Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund as per our policy.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as your item meets all eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

- Refunds will not include original shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@everythinganimee.com.
International Returns
Customers outside of our primary shipping regions (including certain remote locations) may be subject to additional return restrictions. If you are returning an item from outside our primary service areas, please contact us first to confirm eligibility.
Everythinganimee reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
